Test bench



Test bench is designed for accounting of active and reactive AC three-phase electric energy of 380 V voltage and 50 Hz frequency with dead grounded neutral, as well as for protection of outgoing lines in case of overloads and short circuit currents.


Test bench is made in accordance with technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 004/2011 "On safety of low voltage equipment" approved by the decision of Customs Union Commission №768of 16.08.2011, the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical means" approved by the decision of Customs Union Commission №879 of 09.12.2011, GOST 51321.1 (IEC 60439-1), GOST R 51732 according to TU.

Application area

Test bench is used in electro technical laboratory (ETL), in points, units of entry control and outgoing control of the manufacturers.


Test bench is designed to check the operation of control stations in the following conditions:

- under voltage (overvoltage) of mains supply;

- voltage (current) unbalance;

- high (low) current loads;

- low isolation resistance “Supply oil transformer-submersible cable-submersible electric motor”.

The device makes it possible to regulate smoothly the supplied to the control station voltage from 0 to 425V (separately in three phases), and has current source with smooth current control ranged from 0 to 400A. Long-term operation mode.

Built-in plug resistance allows control the operation of isolation control device.
