Description
IDM 19" is designed for input and distribution of electric energy, protection of accumulator batteries against overloads and short circuits currents.
IDM 19" with bypass function is designed for:
– switching of electric energy in uninterruptible power supply system between supply sources (hereinafter referred to as UPS), accumulator batteries (hereinafter referred to as AB), AB chargers (hereinafter referred to as BC);
– connection of electric energy to uninterruptible power supply system;
– providing of power supply load (of consumers) during repair works or maintenance of uninterruptible power supply system by transferring to backup line (Bypass) of power supply load;
– load connection to uninterruptible power supply system.

IDM 19" with bypass function is manufactured according to the requirements of GOST 51321.1 (IEC 60439-1-92)
Functions
- Switching on and off of uninterruptible power supply to make repairs without interrupting the power supply of receivers;
- In the event of short circuits or overloads in the inverter, the load can be transferred from the inverter to the bypass;
- If the power quality in the network is good, the load can be transferred from inverter to bypass to save power.
Application area
IDM 19" with by-pass function is used in uninterruptible power supply system for transmission and control of accumulator battery from an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). BPM 19" with by-pass function is made in a standard package 3U high, 235 mm deep and is designed for installation in a 19- inch rack.
